Mrs. Kale’s Behavior Plan 

In the library I will be using the PAX Good Behavior Game Model.. PAX means peaceful, productive, healthy, and happy. I believe in creating a classroom where there is a nurturing environment for students to learn and be successful.

PAX provides a perfect environment for students to self-regulate.

Student’s Steps to Self-Regulate:

Spleem (Tally for unwanted behavior)

Conference with Mrs. Kale

Yellow Refocus Form (minor) sent home to be signed and returned

Blue Refocus Form (major) visit with principal & parent called
